How I consider your goals

There are 5 questions that I would like to know the answer to before we begin your program. What are your goals? Why do you have these goals? What are you currently doing to reach said goals? What do you believe you should do to reach your goals? What obstacles do you face in terms of reaching them? Once I receive this information, and I have a full understanding of your body composition and the ability to perform certain movements, I will be able to construct a program for you that is not only safe, but effective in terms of helping reach a new level.
